Wanted to let you know the party was a huge success, and all our neighbors loved it! I know quite a few ask for your card, and so I hope others will be using “True Pizza” as well! Amber, Ryan, and the others all did an exceptional job. Weather was freezing, but hopefully everyone will still want to repeat again next year, perhaps we’ll look at earlier dates!

I am catching up on my emailing now that the races have passed, but I didn’t want to go any further without giving a HUGE thank you to you and your crew that helped us at the Terrace! It was first off such a pleasure to work with you and pull this together, I thank you for being so flexible and willing to help us out with such a unique event. Thank you also to everyone who was out there on the Terrace with us, they were all so kind, considerate, and helpful to our staff and our guests (and made my job so easy that day!). Everyone raved about the food, and I was so pleased with everything you all did for us that day, oh my goodness it was so delicious! Thank you for such a great experience, it was so wonderful working with you all and I appreciate all the hard work you put into making our big Sunday race day such a success!

TRUE recently catered our wedding in November 2017. The team at TRUE is above and beyond what most people would assume is “food truck food”. Big Red isn’t just a food truck- this baby is a full-service catering vehicle. With Chef Brendan at the helm, they dazzled our guests with items like lump crab cakes, butternut squash soup with maple cream, pork crostini, and of course- artisan pizzas to satisfy every craving. When I speak to my guests, the very first thing they mention is how wonderful the food was. Rose is a delight to coordinate with, always prompt, courteous and professional in her correspondence and made sure we had every detail pinned down before our big day. She also made sure that my new husband and I had a full plate of hot food from the second we sat down (I think we would have forgotten to eat, otherwise!) She even made sure that my absolute favorite pizza was made fresh and hand delivered to our sweetheart table. Swoon!!! The TRUE team, including the bartender and servers, kept the food and drinks flowing throughout the night and our guests couldn’t have been more pleased.

As a bride, my top four priorities for my vendors were Price, Quality of Service, Responsiveness, and Consistency with our Vision: Price: 5*, Quality of Service: 5*Responsiveness: 5*, Vision: 5*, Overall: 5*

Dear Rose. One of the best choices we made was to choose True Pizza for our catering. You guys were truly wonderful. I loved working with you throughout the process. You were sooo easy to deal with. I can’t thank you enough.

Brendon and the staff were also spectacular. The young black guy in particular (don’t know his name) was so friendly and helpful. I caught him a few times making the guests feel at home with the food. They ALL were positive and upbeat.

I never say a dirty plate on the tables and I never even saw them being bussed!!!! (I know I was busy dancing. Haha)

WOW! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! My wife and I had True Crafted Pizza and Big Red out for our rehearsal dinner this past Friday. They were very personable and mingled with everyone. They were making sure everyone was happy and going around asking if anyone had personal requests for specific pizzas. The pizza, bruschetta, and gelato were DELICIOUS! Rose was so great through the booking process. Staff is fantastic! I can’t even tell you how many compliments we got from our guests. We had so much fun and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Big Red to anyone having an event. Very unique and your guests will be very happy.

We hired True Crafted Pizza and Big Red for a college send-off celebration for our son. Everything was top notch. From the initial booking with Rose to Amber and the rest of the staff that catered our event, I can’t say enough good things. Our guest LOVED the food and we were so relaxed. We got compliment after compliment and several people wanted to “steal” our idea. They took care of everything and we were able to enjoy our time with out 60+ guests. HIGHLY recommend.

TRUE catered our wedding and from the first phone call to Rose the customer support and care we received until our wedding was over that night was incredible. The catering truck is the best. Rose and her team came prepared to our wedding and was on time and had the pizza buffet line moving and the pizzas kept coming out of the oven fresh. Our people that attended the wedding had nothing negative to say about any of the food. Rose and her team was the best and made our wedding day and the catering enjoyable. I highly recommend TRUE for your catering needs.

We recently used TRUE for our wedding caterer. They were fantastic! They worked with us through a last minute venue change, and although it was very hot the staff was super friendly. The little red truck was adorable, and a perfect accessory to our “backyard style” wedding. Not to mention the food was DELICIOUS!
